Yes, absolutely. We strongly recommend ordering samples before confirming the final order so you can check the actual colour, texture, finish, and look in your site lighting and environment.

For large slabs and quartz, sample chips / cut pieces may be shared subject to availability.

In the rare case of transit damage, please share clear photos and videos during unloading and opening.

For standard flooring or wall applications, keep 10% extra.

For patterned layouts, cut-heavy areas, bathroom niches, staircases, facades, and large slab cutting, keep 12–15% extra.

For quartz and kitchen countertops, wastage depends on counter shape, edge profile, hob cut-outs, sink cut-outs, and backsplashes.

Ceramic tiles are generally ideal for walls and light-use areas.

Vitrified tiles offer better durability, lower water absorption, and higher strength, making them ideal for flooring and wet areas.

Sintered surfaces are high-density engineered slabs created using heat and pressure technology.

They are highly durable, stain-resistant, heat-resistant, and ideal for:

• furniture tops

This is one of the most premium surface categories in the market.

GVT (Glazed Vitrified Tiles) offer premium printed designs like marble, stone, wood, and decorative patterns.

Double-charge tiles are thicker and more durable, typically preferred for high-traffic flooring areas.

Quartz is an engineered stone surface made using natural quartz minerals + resin binders.

It is best suited for:

• kitchen platforms

• vanity counters

Quartz offers excellent finish consistency and premium aesthetics.

Brutal truth:

• Quartz: excellent finish, easy maintenance, ideal for indoor kitchens

• Sintered stone: higher heat resistance, scratch resistance, ultra-premium look

Yes.

Tiles, quartz, and sintered surfaces offer excellent stain resistance.

Sintered slabs especially perform very well against heat, scratches, and kitchen usage.

Quartz is also highly stain-resistant but direct extreme heat contact should be avoided.

Yes.

Tiles and sintered slabs are widely used for:

For tiles, high-quality tile adhesive and grout should always be used.

For wet areas, epoxy grout is strongly recommended.

For large-format slabs and sintered surfaces, professional installation adhesives and systems are essential.

Yes.

Transportation is arranged with utmost care through trusted logistics partners.

Up to 2% transit damage / breakage shall be considered within normal industry tolerance and will be borne by the client.

Any damage beyond 2% must be reported immediately at the time of unloading or within 48 hours with clear photos and videos of the boxes / pallets / material.

Claims raised after 48 hours, site shifting, cutting, or installation will not be entertained
